The Field List tab on the left of the Report Designer shows the list of all datafields that you can drag and drop onto the design panel. Each of these datafields relate to a specific field from the Addressinator! program.
Below is screenshots of the Addressinator! program identifying the datafield that each equates to. Note that Custom fields equate to the corresponding field regardless what title you gave the field.
For example, in the screenshots below, the field presently titled Extension equates to ACUSTOM9 no matter what you have customized it to
