How to Create, Edit and Delete a Group

Top  Previous  Next

As with any tutorial it is always recommended to read through the tutorial first, and then perform the steps of the tutorial.

In this tutorial we are going to create a new group name, edit that group name and delete that group.

Placing contacts into groups makes it easier to print out only the information on those contacts, or when bulk emailing only emails those specific contacts that are part of a specific group.

Hint: Deleting a group DOES NOT delete the contacts of that group. All contacts are a member of the default internal group <All contacts>
