Information to provide to technical support when emailing:
Support Information: Obtained by going to Help – About Addressinator! – highlight all text and into paste into a Notepad document and attach to an email message to technical support that details your question
Error message(s): Either attach a compressed document that has a screen shot of any error messages encountered or highlight all text and include in your message along with steps to recreate receiving the error.
Use a compression utility such as WinZip
Detailed Information: Provide as much information as you can such as what steps you were taking when an error occurred, if the error or problem is occurring on other stations, etc
If you do not receive a reply back within 24 hours, that may indicate that we never received your email or that our reply has been blocked from being received by you. Be sure to set support@addressinator.com as not to be blocked by your SPAM or JUNK settings, and check with your ISP. Send your email again. |
