Erasing the database erases all contacts and all groups. It does not erase report templates.
| 1. | If Addressinator is configured for a network environment (multiple computers accessing the same Addressinator! database) first make sure no one else is logged into Addressinator. |
| 2. | Be physically at the same computer where the Addressinator database resides |
| Do not be logged into the computer via remote access |
| If Addressinator is configured for a network environment, log into Addressinator as the Addressinator Administrator |
| o | Default username is “manager” with password “letmein” but of course you may have changed this. |
| 4. | Select the menu option Help -> License |
| 5. | Select the menu option Erase Database. |
| 6. | Select YES to proceed if this is what you wish |
| 7. | Allow the process to complete without interruption. Addressinator will close |
| 8. | Run Addressinator again |
